Abstract:
Abstract For the purposes of analysis referring to agricultural trade, state trading may be broadly defined as exporting and importing on government-defined terms of transaction. This includes central pricing, establishment of export and import quantity targets, determination of quality standards and central directives concerning the logistics of international trade transactions.
