Chapter 5 in State Trading in International Markets, 1982, pp 103-116 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:

State trading in crude oil and oil products has become a frequent occurrence in the contemporary international markets and, as such, has greatly affected the political relationships of the trading partners involved.
