Abstract:
Abstract As a result of the combined agricultural, financial and foreign trade crisis, both industrial production and capital construction grew much more slowly in 1932 than in the previous year. Agricultural production and retail trade substantially declined. According to a careful Western estimate, Gross National Product fell slightly for the first time since the early 1920s.1
