Abstract:
Abstract Multinational corporations are essentially a post-war phenomenon. The development in multinational activities has both been rapid and interesting. The study of multinational corporations is important to both academics and policy-makers. Moreover, studies on multinational corporations are necessarily multi-dimensional and multi-disciplinary, though we can focus on only a number of aspects at one time.
