Abstract: Abstract There are two types of administrative arrangement — those which apply equally to all loans and those which apply only to syndicated loans. Some of the latter may be covered separately under the agency section or even under a separate agency agreement but in other cases they are covered as part of the administration. This chapter deals first with those which apply in all cases and then covers certain of the syndication arrangements.
