Transfer of Technology between Finland and the Soviet Union
Erkki Nironen
Chapter 15 in Finnish-Soviet Economic Relations, 1983, pp 161-170 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The definition of the concept of technology is decisively influenced by what is considered to be the essence of technology. It is because the concept covers such wide ground and because it is so difficult to analyze into clear-cut subdivisions that has made it impossible to compose any accurate and internationally accepted definition. The definitions so far have been very general and their scope and the terminology used depend upon interpretation.
