Chapter 8 in Survey Research for Managers, 1988, pp 171-182 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Summary In recent years companies have woken up to the importance, not only of having a good reputation in the City, but also the need to work hard to achieve that end. With the rapid growth of organisations specialising in financial public relations has come the need to evaluate objectively corporate reputations, assess communications needs and identify the best methods of meeting those needs.
