Abstract:
Abstract It is hard to pinpoint, in any situation, when a vague concept becomes a real possibility. In the case of NFC it is more difficult than usual because when the process took place external circumstances were changing, and so too was the NFC’s own internal structure. Particularly at the top the roles of individuals were undergoing a significant transformation.
