Organizing the Resourcing System

James J. Lynch

Chapter 9 in Airline Organization in the 1980s, 1984, pp 141-158 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In the 1980s airlines are operating in an environment where there is a need to make the most effective use of people and funds in striving to achieve corporate objectives. This is reflected in the growth over the years of the two functions which comprise the Resourcing System of the Airline — Finance and Human Resources.
