Abstract:
Abstract Melding the dimensions of product, client and geography into a single organisational structure has produced a rich mosaic of totally different excellent bank structures. This chapter will examine first the alternative structures used by the excellent banks and then focus on the similarities and trends which emerge from the plethora of different approaches.
