Chapter 12 in International Financial Policy and Economic Development, 1987, pp 245-269 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter sets out to provide a broad overview of many elements of the debt problem which has been so much a feature of the international financial system in recent years.
