Abstract:
Abstract The preceding chapters have identified the nature and extent of the changes being faced by organisations in the financial sector. The changes in the nature of management jobs and skills required have been examined, together with the expectations that top management now have in relation to management development, and the factors considered to be critical to the success of a management development strategy.
