Confessions of an Incurable Romantic
Irma Adelman
Chapter 5 in Recollections of Eminent Economists, 1989, pp 129-148 from Palgrave Macmillan

A gentle reminder by the editors has now made me grit my teeth, lay my trepidations aside, and commence.
