Chapter 12 in Membership of the Board of Directors, 1988, pp 247-267 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract For international operations a company has to determine which of its products, either actual or potential, it can successfully market abroad, and what areas hold the greatest promise. It must examine the different arragements for breaking out of the confines of the domestic fields and choose between them. Above all, it has to select and train the management personnel to do the job.
