Introduction
Jacques Riboud
A chapter in A Stable External Currency for Europe, 1991, pp 1-8 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Before setting out my proposals, before attempting to prove and convince, I think it would be useful if I shared with my readers some of my thoughts on the great adventure that is the movement towards European unification. It seems to me that they may help to cast a useful light on the specifically monetary discussions that follow.
