Abstract:
Abstract The very first thing this author must do is to reformulate the agenda. If problems are understood as threats and not, as they should, as opportunities and threats, then it should be stated that opportunities are very much more important than threats in the case of the unified EEC market. That is, opportunities for liberalizing and privatizing East Central European economies are very much more important.
