Abstract: Abstract There are a number of other authors who must receive some mention in this book. These are authors who, during the period under discussion, either found it appropriate to use occasionally some simple mathematics and formulas in order to construct one or more of their arguments, or expressed views on the usefulness of the mathematical method in economic analysis.
