Acquisitions as Experimentation
Salvatore Vicari
Chapter 13 in The Management of Corporate Acquisitions, 1994, pp 337-358 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Literature on management is showing increasing interest in the subject of acquisitions, due to the importance that these have had on the economies of the Triad and on the processes of company development. One of the more important questions facing management experts is the handling of the post-acquisition phase, which is probably the most delicate moment in the management of an acquisition.
