Abstract:
Abstract Any business–driven IT strategy consists of several aspects, predominantly consisting of a business requirement for an information system and a technological base for such a system. In between these two major components is a grey area, which is predominantly a thought process. This aspect of strategy formulation can be termed the technology transfer process, which generally occurs in one of two ways:
