Competition: How do we gain a competitive edge?
Mike Davidson
Chapter 2 in The Grand Strategist, 1995, pp 35-60 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The new President found that reflecting on Values and Purposes was a lonely job. So he brought some close colleagues together into a group to explore them with him. They found that, by tracing the reasons for their company’s success back to the special beliefs that had guided founders, they could quite easily agree on the core values that they felt distinguished it.
