Abstract:
Abstract Much thought has been given to modifying the strict character of orthodox International Monetary Fund (IMF) approaches to stabilisation and orthodox World Bank approaches to adjustment. In the course of this discussion, a large number of proposals have been made and ideas have emerged. The colloquium presentation distinguished no less than 16 such proposals. In this summary of the presentation these can only be briefly mentioned and listed.
