Abstract:
Abstract This case study examines a company that has recently undergone significant change in order to stay in business. The case shows a successful approach to creating a dynamic organisation. The key elements are all evident: customer focus, leadership that focuses on establishing the organisational environment (vision, values and the management process) and engaging people. Note that the turnaround was only effected after a new leadership team had moved in.
