Abstract:
Abstract The National and Provincial Building Society (N&P)1 is one of the UK’s ten largest building societies, with a net income of £380.5 million and assets of £14.13 billion. The society employs 4300 staff and operates 324 branches around the UK. This case study, a story of the turnaround at N&P focuses on the implementation of a novel approach to management process.
