Chapter 10 in Profit from Time, 1997, pp 193-232 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract One of the most troublesome aspects of time-compressing a business process is where exactly to begin. Within any business there never appears to be a static period which permits a clear and directed assault on initiating diagnostics. In this chapter we will show how to use the tool of Time-Based Process Mapping (TBPM)1 as a means of getting a project moving in the right direction.
