Chapter 9 in Profit from Time, 1997, pp 170-192 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Making progress to reorganize and restructure your business’s operations requires a focused and coordinated effort that is going to be difficult. If you have read the previous three chapters you will by now have decided what issues you are addressing and have set up a team to begin to deal with them. You may also have an idea as to the source of the problems arising from your initial enquiries. The next step in creating change is to generate a fuller understanding of the business process you are investigating.
