Abstract:
Abstract This case involves the subsidiary sale of a major contract guarding company (for the sake of the case study, called Quality Guarding) from a British-based global conglomerate (called Global Services plc) to a UK-related service conglomerate (referred to as Service Conglomerate). Quality Guarding’s managing director is Quentin Graham; the name of the Service Conglomerate chief executive is Sam Cummings.
