Abstract: Abstract ‘Energised Change’ is a strange title. Should we not be discussing how to change to become an energised enterprise? I think not, for this whole book is about becoming an energised enterprise. But there is a further element, for whatever your aims there is an energised change process, which will not only help you succeed in your aims but will also in the process help create an energised enterprise. The medium becomes the message. Hopefully, all will become clear.
