The Ascendant Organisation

Abstract:
Abstract When writing The Ascendant Organisation I was very conscious that I might be accused of attempting to create my own business fad, but I saw it neither as a miracle cure nor as a brand new concept. Rather, it was a common-sense way of looking at businesses, recognising that we have to attend to a myriad of apparently conflicting issues, keeping dozens of balls in the air, all of which seem to want to fly off in different directions, all ready to crash to the ground. The business manager as juggler seems an appropriate analogy.
