Abstract:
Abstract Mr William Thomas, President of Prendergarth Shipping Company, was considering what action he should take regarding the reassignment of one of the company’s vessels in May 1964. In view of the market for ships at that time, it had become evident that the possibility of selling the vessel was not a feasible one; the ship had to be assigned to where it would best serve the company’s interests.
