Sector Accounts
R. G. D. Allen
Chapter 4 in An Introduction to National Accounts Statistics, 1980, pp 47-55 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Following the lead of 2.4 above, we now consider the economy as divided into sectors and proceed to put together the relevant accounts for each sector. The accounts used for illustration in the present chapter are taken from the run of summary tabulations in the Blue Book: Tables 1.3–1.8 inclusive. These can be supplemented by reference to the useful Table 9.1 setting out combined accounts for central and local government.
