Chapter 8 in The Arab Executive, 1980, pp 113-124 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In the preceding chapters we have explored many topics at different levels of analysis: societal, organizational and individual. The aim was to sketch a portrait of the Arab executive against the background of a changing social landscape.1 It is time now to stand back, as it were, and survey the main themes of that landscape. Themes that kept insisting upon being dragged into many of the topics we have been discussing.
