An Agenda for International Financial Reform
Graham Bird
Chapter 4 in World Finance and Adjustment, 1985, pp 63-69 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Dissatisfaction both with the way in which the world economy has performed since 1973 as well as with the operation of the international financial non-system since about the same time has led to considerable pressure for a major re-think concerning the organisation of the world economy. Advocates of such an initiative see it as covering many aspects of the relation between countries, but in particular finance and trade.
