New Lines of Research on the Question of Full Employment
Josef Steindl
Chapter 12 in Barriers to Full Employment, 1988, pp 343-350 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Our discussions over the last few days have dealt with the identification of ‘Barriers to Full Employment’. But recognising them does not solve them; further research is necessary. Since the problem of unemployment involves a major part of economic theory the field is so wide that my choice of topics for future research will be of necessity subjective, but I hope not arbitrary. I shall take my cue from various contributions and try to relate them to each other.
