Abstract:
Abstract The three neutrals, Austria, Sweden and Switzerland, have cooperated in the field of economic integration in Europe ever since 1960 when these countries as well as the United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway and Portugal founded the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).1 Finland, the fourth neutral within EFTA, became an associated member of EFTA in 1961 and a full member in 1986.
