Abstract: Abstract Post Keynesian and New Keynesian Economics (hereafter PKE and NKE) can be considered as two rival research programmes in macroeconomics, although many New Keynesians may not take PKE too seriously and many Post Keynesians would regard NKE as altogether non Keynesian.
