Abstract:
Abstract The central business district (CBD) of big cities like Tokyo is constantly suffering from congestion phenomenon for the consumption of services generated by the urban infrastructures (transport, communication, water, sewage, and so on). A typical example is dangerously crowded peak-time commuting trips into the CBD of Tokyo.
