Abstract: Abstract Twenty years after the publication of Sovereignty at Bay, I feel justified in offering a solid kernel of advice to aspiring young authors: If you want to draw public attention to your opus, find an evocative title. But if you want readers to remember its contents, resist a title that carries only half the message.
