Chapter 10 in Managing for the Future, 1995, pp 213-220 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Tomorrow’s organization exists in the space created by its ability to extend and realize the possibilities available to fast-moving and fast- growing customers. Its resources are discontinuous change, accelerating technological developments, and open-ended people intent on creating radical new futures. Its opportunity is that the rules of the game are being completely redefined — the possibility-seeking organization has the opportunity to make the future happen.
