Abstract:
Abstract The main part of the enquiry took place in ten private hearings, usually at the rate of one session a week, between 19 January and 30 March 1995. Almost all of them were held in a large upstairs room in the London office of the European Parliament, at 2 Queen Anne’s Gate, SW1.
