Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is about values and related aspects of managerial behaviour and capabilities in Latvia. Together with the other two Baltic nations, it claims a commitment to a membership to the European Union. All three are in a difficult transition to a market economy. The following analogy illustrates several aspects in this change.
