Abstract:
Abstract In 1981, the Government decided to revise the law on the Register of Technology Transfer and the Use of Patents and Brand Names (RNTT) in effect since December 1972. The main reason underlying this revision was to adopt new mechanisms that would lay the groundwork for an effective transfer of technology.
