Abstract:
Abstract I should first like to congratulate the organizers of this excellent Conference and express my appreciation of the project to honour my old friend Kenneth Arrow. I was flattered to be invited, as I have not published anything on the subject of increasing Retums and specialization, although I have published on economies of scale and imperfect competition.
