Abstract:
Abstract Changes will affect companies in different trades in different ways and in different time perspectives. In some industries, we will find that the effects of new technologies are of a ‘primary’ nature, meaning that new technologies will have a major impact on how work is organised within these industries. In other industries, the effects will mainly emanate from technological development in other industries and from society as a whole. These effects we call ‘secondary’.
