‘Economists, Glory to You and the Jews!’: a Postscript on Anti-Semitism and Anti-Economics
William Coleman ()
Chapter 13 in Economics and Its Enemies, 2002, pp 213-219 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter argues that there exists a correspondence between anti-economics and a now infinitely discredited ideological force, anti-Semitism. We will argue that, during its first 150 years, anti-economics found in anti-Semitism its own döppelganger, sometimes out of sight but never far distant, moving and swaying with the roll and pitch of anti-economics.
