Evaluation of Potential

Chapter Chapter 3 in Motivate and Reward, 2003, pp 77-99 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract What is achieved today does not reliably indicate what can be achieved tomorrow. A business which has delivered growth and profit today or over the last 10 or 15 years might be able to do the same in the future but there are no absolute guarantees. The question is whether it has the potential to do so.
