Abstract: Abstract This book is an exploration of the way that alternative organizational forms affect managerial decision behavior. The different organizational forms that I examine are private for-profit organizations (firms and corporations), public not-for-profit organizations (government bureaus or agencies) and private not-for-profit organizations (nonprofits).
