Abstract:
Abstract Faced with increasingly dynamic and globalized conditions in international competition, Japanese management is currently looking for new ways to increase the competitiveness of their companies. The strategies that held firm in the boom years are no longer of any help. The collective internationalization strategy, particularly in its organizational manifestation of third-country collaboration, represents a way of enabling business learning processes. It is not a state that is responsible for business success, but a process — the process of learning; learning is important for the implementation of a collective strategy.
