Abstract: Abstract The aim of this chapter is to make a major contribution towards closing the gap in practice. This gap represents a call from reality for management principles guiding the practitioner to define and implement a Technology Intelligence system in a technology-based SME. Therefore, this chapter is the practical answer to the initial question: “How could a Technology Intelligence system be designed for and implemented in a technology-based SME?”
