Abstract:
Abstract Philip’s team has now carried out a thorough assessment of the operations for the coffee maker product group at Arboria’s Bolton plant. It revealed that there is considerable scope for improvement provided fundamental changes can be made to the operating system. But the local management team still has only a limited understanding of the issues. Part of the reason is that they haven’t been directly involved in carrying out the diagnostic.
