Chapter Title III in EU Payments Integration, 2010, pp 33-76 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract One of the notable characteristics of Europe is its penchant for legislation. As we have established already, this book examines this feature, with a particular focus on the area of payments legislation. In the spirit of this objective, the following Title examines the early patchwork quilt of legislation that the EC started to create to cover the broad landscape of payments and how the markets in Europe reacted to these developments.
